All users of this site agree that access to and use of this site are subject to the following terms and conditions and other applicable law. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, please do not use this site.


Return Policy: Please Be Advised:

Due to our products containing mostly natural and organic ingredients, unfortunately we cannot accept any returns or exchanges. However, if you need to return a product because of an error on our part, we will be very happy to provide a replacement. Please contact us within 24 hrs from the day you receive your package, and we will work to resolve the issue ASAP!

Please check your order carefully BEFORE you check out. We cannot make changes once your order has been placed.

If you need additional products, you will need to place another order. Cancelled orders will incur a 15% restocking fee which will be subtracted from your refund.

Extreme Weather Alert: Because of high temperatures during the summer months, there is a chance items can melt during shipping. Gently open the container avoid spoilage and place product in the refrigerator to solidify. Please consider this fact BEFORE purchasing. There are NO refunds for items that melt during shipping and buying these items during the summer months is at your own risk.


Orders are shipped within 3-7 business days from receipt of payment. All of our products are handmade and are made to order. 

You will receive an email notification to let you know your package is on its way. The note will include a link to USPS tracking information. The USPS tracking number is rally a Delivery Confirmation number that allows you to check the delivery statues online. It does not track your package along the way like UPS or FedEx.


Orders that are placed over the weekend will be processed on the following business day. 

Returned Packages

If your package is returned to us, you will be issued a refund minus the shipping cost. 


Please make sure that you enter your correct mailing address. Failure to do so will result in your order being canceled and you will be refunded. 


All international customers are responsible for all customs fees. 

Damaged/Missing Items:

We are not responsible, nor will we reimburse for missing, misplaced packages if the USPS tracking confirms that the package was delivered. Please note that we are not responsible for any package lost or damaged during shipment. If you receive your package and the box is damaged, you will need to file a claim with the local carrier. You can file claims with the USPS for damaged or broken item, we are not responsible for damaged items once shipped.

Although we check and double check orders prior to shipping, mistakes do happen. If an item is missing, please let us know. We can ship it out to you or include it in your next order. If you receive something you did not order, just enjoy it or share it with someone else! 


During All Holidays of Thanksgiving, Christmas, Mother's Day, Father’s Day, Labor Day, please expect a much longer turnaround time.


Multiple Shipping Address: At this time, we can only ship to one address per order. To ship to multiple address, you have to place multiple orders.


Afterpay: Pay 4 interest-free payments, every two weeks, at checkout. Choose Afterpay checkout and use your existing payment card. Pay every two weeks with zero interest! No fees when you pay on time.
